Dine in The Garden Room at Saïd Business School

Brand New Addition at Saïd Business School

The Garden Room is a brand new addition to the main building at Park End Street, which enjoys lovely views of the private gardens via floor to ceiling windows. Large glazed doors allow the dining room to be opened up to the extensive gardens beyond.

Holding up to 60 guests, the room is ideal for private dining, awards ceremonies and corporate Christmas functions – all catered for by the Business School’s award-winning in-house team.

The extension is situated to the North of the Phase 1 building and next to the site of the scheduled monument Rewley Abbey. The design creates a simple and lightweight structure which limits the impact on the garden and maintains natural light into the existing dining room. It is constructed using a steel frame, and enclosed using a lightweight aluminium glazed system.

The Garden Room cost £640k and was designed by Dixon Jones, the architect responsible for the School’s main building and Thatcher Business Education Centre.
