Nestled in the heart of Oxford, St. Catherine’s College seamlessly blends contemporary design with academic heritage. Designed by the renowned architect Arne Jacobsen, the college offers a tranquil environment that fosters intellectual stimulation – making it an ideal venue for conferences, meetings and events.

While bookings are unavailable in 2025, we are actively taking enquiries for 2026 and beyond. We look forward to welcoming delegates back to our unique and versatile event spaces, designed to foster collaboration, networking, and learning.

Our conference facilities provide a variety of spaces, ideal for corporate gatherings, academic conferences, training sessions, and networking events.

• Arumugam Building: A modern meeting space accommodating up to 70 delegates in theatre-style seating. Features include large windows for natural light, built-in AV equipment, and an indoor balcony area. Access is via stairs only.

• Mary Sunley Suite: A self-contained suite for up to 80 guests, featuring a theatre, seminar room, and private courtyard garden—perfect for breakout sessions, drinks receptions, or networking events.

• Quad Suites: Two bright seminar rooms, each seating 20 delegates, with views of the main quad and water garden. Available separately or together for smaller meetings or training sessions.

Accommodation

From 2026 onwards, we will once again be offering on-site accommodation, allowing conference delegates to stay in the heart of Oxford. 250 en-suite rooms, plus standard rooms with shared facilities, all equipped with wired and wireless internet access. All rooms are serviced daily, ensuring a comfortable stay.
