The Department of Pharmacology joins Conference Oxford
We are delighted to announce that the Department of Pharmacology has joined Conference Oxford.
The Department of Pharmacology is one of the pre-clinical science departments that form part of the University’s Medical Sciences Division. It is at the forefront of research into the effects of drugs and other molecules on biological systems with a view to understanding the mechanisms of the human body. As well as it's life sciences research, the department focuses on undergraduate teaching for medicine and biomedical sciences students and the training and development of graduate students.
In addition to a rich programme of research, the Department of Pharmacology also offers four rooms for private hire as follows:- Lecture Theatre for 132, Seminar Room, Meeting Room 2 and Common Room – with capacities ranging from 12-130. All the rooms are bright, filled with natural daylight and are suitable for lectures and boardroom meetings. The Common Room offers an ideal space for late afternoon or early evening receptions, poster sessions or presentations, with exclusive use available after 3pm. For images, check out their venue page.
The Department of Pharmacology is a welcome addition to Conference Oxford’s portfolio of unique University and college venues. If you would like any further information about the Department, please do contact Carolyn Thackrah, Deputy Administrator on 01865 271850 or email@example.com
