Harold Lee Room Upgrade Enhances Hybrid Event Experience
The Harold Lee Room at Pembroke College has recently undergone a significant upgrade, transforming it into a modern, flexible, and well-equipped space designed to support a wide range of meetings and events.
The refurbishment includes an intuitive touch-screen control system, improved screen visibility, and clear, amplified audio throughout the room, ensuring a seamless experience for both speakers and attendees. A dedicated Microsoft Teams Room system has also been installed, enabling straightforward hybrid meetings, wireless presenting, and easy recording or live streaming.
These enhancements make the Harold Lee Room particularly well suited for presentations, seminars, lectures, and hybrid events, allowing in-person and remote participants to engage equally and effectively.
The upgrade reflects an ongoing commitment to providing high-quality, technologically advanced spaces that meet the evolving needs of conferences, academic events, and professional gatherings.
