Brasenose College would like to invite enquiries for summer hire of some additional accommodation:  

St Cross flats – two flats on St Cross Street comprising as follows:

Available from Wed 21 August through to Wed 25 September

• Flat 1 - 5 single bedrooms with secure fob access on each plus a Main door with toilet/ shower
• Flat 2 – 4 single bedrooms with secure fob access on each plus a Main door with toilet/ shower
• Room only hire only
• Self catering is possible as the flats have kitchens

Frewin New Build – within Frewin Annexe on St Michael Street

Available from Monday 12 August until Wed 25 September

• Needs to be linked to academic use due to terms of our planning permission
• 30 single ensuite bedrooms across 4 floors
• Can be hire for smaller groups if required
• No catering attached but could look at Breakfast at Main site – depending upon dates
• Large basement social space
• Secure self contained building with courtyard garden

Frewin New Build is also available to book over Easter vacation 2025
