June Familiarisation Trip

Are you planning an event and on the lookout for the perfect venue? 

Join us for a Fam Trip on Wednesday 11 June, featuring three fantastic venues: Keble College’s HB Allen Centre, Lady Margaret Hall, and Wolfson College. Each offers something unique, whether you're planning a conference, seminar, dinner, or celebration. 

This is a great opportunity to explore versatile event spaces in three very different Oxford settings, all within walking distance of each other. The venues cater to a wide range of group sizes, from 10 to 250 guests.

Itinerary 

10:00 – Arrival at HB Allen Centre (Keble College) 
Registration, tea and coffee, followed by a tour of the Centre’s modern event spaces, including the lecture theatre, Millie’s Room and the Glen Callater Room.

10:50 – Depart for Lady Margaret Hall 
(Approx. 10-minute walk) 

11:00 – Arrival at Lady Margaret Hall 
Elderflower pressé and light refreshments, followed by a tour of the College’s beautiful grounds and facilities, including Talbot Hall, Simpkins Lee Theatre and the Monsoon Room.

11:50 – Depart for Wolfson College 
(Approx. 14-minute walk) 

12:05 – Arrival at Wolfson College 
Tour of the College’s riverside spaces, such as the Leonard Wolfson Auditorium, Levett Room, Hall and Harbour Lawn, followed by lunch in the Haldane Room.
