From the Team at LMH:
The conference team at Lady Margaret Hall have invested in new streaming equipment for their lecture theatre and key function room, Talbot Hall. Each of these two key rooms can hold over 100 delegates, but with the addition of the streaming services in-venue delegates can now be joined by remote delegates for a fully integrated hybrid experience.
The installation of multiple cameras and a Tricaster video-editing suite, means that the LMH team offers broadcast quality live-streaming and video recording. The equipment allows live editing of multiple camera angles, panning and audience shots for dynamic and engaging content.
LMH also provides high quality audio mixing. Content can be streamed with seamless switching between live-video, presentation slides and third-party video feeds. Graphics and titles integrated with the branding for a conference can be overlaid on the video for a professional look.
LMH has an in-house technical team to support hybrid conferences, so they can pre-plan all the technical details with customers in advance, and fully brief remote speakers before-hand. The College also offers a full support service for all aspects of hybrid conference management. Further details are available on their website here.
